Hello Foodies,

My name is Ambika Singh. I was born and brought up in Jamshedpur and currently pursuing Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication in Delhi.

Food to me is much more than just taming one`s appetite. It is an amazing way to express your opinions, share experiences and values. I inculcated the culinary art at a very young age and since then my passion for cooking became strong. The theme around which my blog will evolve is “history behind food.” Well you might have come across different names of the dishes but what about the history of those dishes and how they got their recognition? Sounds interesting?

I will be discovering some fun facts related to food culture and traditions in India as well as worldwide in my blog.
